Storyline : Many officers are being kidnapped in the city by an unknown group.The officers kidnapped were from the tehsil and all were corrupt.When they return one is missing.Then it is revealed that a vigilante group named as ACF is behind this.They announce that every top corrupt official from every department will be killed. It is unveiled that ACF is spearheaded by Prof.Gabbar Singh Rajput(Akshay Kumar) who lives a normal life in the day with his adopted kids.One of his adopted girl was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital where Gabbar gets to know it is Corruption all around in the Hospital.Then Gabbar fakes a dead body as patient and gets the hospital sealed.Gabbar gets to know about the corruption every where and the man behind it is Suryam(Prakash Raj) who is a police constable. On the other hand is a young junior policeman Balbir Singh(Sonu Sood) who is not promoted because of his inability to bribe the department. Balbir takes this case as a way to get promoted. He gets to know that the members of ACF are all students of Prof.Gabbar. It is then revealed that once Prof.Gabbar was a happy man with a family. The residential complex where he used to live collapsed due to poor construction and in this incident his wife(Kareena Kapoor) and his daughter are killed. Soon he gets to know that Badrinarayana(Suman Talwar) was the man behind it. Prof.Gabbar takes up revenge against Badrinarayana as his aim in life and eliminates Badrinarayana. But Balbir who is behind ACF tracks the members of ACF and gets them arrested. To save his students gabbar surrenders. Gabbar is given death sentence but this is received badly by the public and oppose takes place. It goes to the limit that Chief Minister(Govind Namdev) asks Gabbar to appeal for mercy but Gabbar refuses. At last Gabbar is hanged to death and Babir repents as Gabbar was right and refraining the limit he went to for getting a promotion and didn't even get one.
